NYTE VENTURES aims to provide seamless experiences for users booking nightlife events. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and event-related issues.
1. Event Cancellations

User-Initiated: Cancellations must be requested immediately after booking. Once confirmed by the club, bookings may be non-cancellable.

Non-Cancellable Events: Certain high-demand or VIP events may be non-refundable. These will be labeled as such within the app.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

Organizer Cancellations: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, eligible users will receive a full refund.

Technical Issues: Report technical issues (e.g., duplicate bookings) within 24 hours for verification and possible refunds.

Denied Entry: If entry is denied despite holding a valid QR pass, report immediately with proof for a possible refund.

Misleading Event Details: For events significantly differing from descriptions, users may request a refund within 24 hours of the event.
3. Processing

Refund Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Credits: Minor issues may be compensated with in-app credits rather than refunds.
4. Requesting Assistance
Submit refund requests via the in-app “Help” section with any relevant documentation within the specified timeframes.
5. Third-Party Policies

Club Policies: Bookings are subject to each club’s policies, including restrictions and additional conditions.

Force Majeure: NYTE VENTURES isn’t liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control.
